These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hyrly mobile application, this website, and any related services (the "Service") operated by Hyrly Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Hyrly", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. The Service

Hyrly helps you capture career wins, score your match against job listings, and generate tailored, ATS-ready résumés. Some features rely on third-party AI providers; outputs are suggestions for you to review, not guaranteed outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Hyrly. By using the Service, you confirm you meet that requirement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you put into Hyrly - your résumé, your captured wins, your applied-to record. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content as needed to run the Service (see our Privacy Policy). We never claim ownership of your career history.

6. AI outputs

Tailored résumés, match scores, ATS feedback, and converted bullet points are generated by AI based on your inputs. We work hard to make them accurate and useful, but we don’t guarantee any specific job outcome. Always review AI-generated content before sending it to an employer. You are responsible for the final version of any résumé you submit.

7. Fees

Hyrly is free during early access. We’ll introduce paid tiers later for unlimited tailoring and advanced features. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before any paid tier rolls out, and your free credits will continue through the transition.

8. Third parties

The Service integrates with third parties (Anthropic for tailoring, Apple/Google for sign-in, hosting providers, etc.). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We’re not responsible for their behaviour, but we choose them carefully.

9. Intellectual property

Hyrly, the Hyrly mark, and the design language of the Service belong to Hyrly Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT TAILORED RESUMES WILL RESULT IN INTERVIEWS OR OFFERS. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyrly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or INR 5,000 if greater).

12. Termination

You can stop using Hyrly at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, but we’ll try to give notice and a chance to fix issues when reasonable.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be announced in-app and at the top of this page. If you continue to use the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
